PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Contract Management Services team owns SAP’s internal contract management system. Within the last two years our team also developed a new standard product – S/4 HANA for legal content management. The application is designed for the management of legal content (contracts, NDAs, policies, patents etc.) in enterprises and as core component of S/4 HANA it integrates seamlessly into core business processes and allows to store all legal content on one central online repository. The design and creation of Legal Content Management includes transformation and digitalization within Legal operations and therefore offers full traceability internally and externally. The application is designed to conduct Legal operation sin a smart contracting method which strives for anytime, anywhere, device agnostic, automated and paperless Legal operations.

The LCM Go-to-Market Team is responsible for bringing the product successfully to the market and is currently looking for support for its daily tasks. We offer an international team, varied tasks and the opportunity to get an insight into our go-to-market strategy as well as the opportunity to take over specific tasks on our own responsibility

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support the Go-to-Market team in

  • preparing system demos

  • creating training documentation, marketing documentation (video’s, e-books, PPT etc.)

  • provide information on several internal information channels

  • answering customer information requests about the features of the products

  • testing the system

  • following up on all kinds of issues

  • give trainings

  • project management support tasks etc.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Economics, Business Informatics or Law

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT

  • Language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus

  • Soft skills: good communicative skills, organized, proactive mindset, ability to learn quickly, team player

  • Others: our preference is to have a student who would potentially be able to work in this role for at least 1 year.
