PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The EMEA Operations Control Team drive the business operation, the validation and controlling of SAP Premium Engagements in EMEA and MEE from the beginning to the end, covering the global complex Premium Engagements (MaxAttention, Safeguarding, ActiveEmbedded, Secure Support) and support various SAP-internal departments (TQMs, EAs, CoE colleagues, Backoffice, Legal, Controlling etc.) and local country organizations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The students should exonerate the team by taking over some of the team’s routine work as providing the staffing for time recording and releasing service orders. Further on the students should ensure the correctness of the Premium Engagement consumptions. When indicated a participation in small projects, testing and/or reporting topics is possible.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: All fields of study are equally preferred

  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM

  • Language skills: English, German mandatory

  • Soft skills: highly motivated, team player, well organized, dependable and painstaking working
