PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative user assistance (UA) on the SAP Help Portal and education technology, such as the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Act as a member of the central user assistance team, with a focus on custom development tasks
Design and develop Web applications or output features
Demonstrate full responsibility for assigned tasks and target a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Work closely together with other team members and support the team to ensure success
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Knowledge of CSS
Knowledge of HTML5
Knowledge of XML is an advantage
Confident communication in English is required (written and spoken)
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrating commitment and a sense of responsibility
Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills at short notice
