In the Product & Innovation Technology department the global Engineering Services team provides development-related services to product / development units to enable fast, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of products.

One of our User Assistant teams (UA4UI) is supporting the User Interface development teams as well as SAP Fiori-related development teams regarding all product documentation / user assistance needs. The UA4UI team is in Israel and Germany with significant cross-location cooperation.


After initial training you will support the team for SAPUI5 and other tools with tasks like:

  • Improve product documentation in the Ixiasoft DITA CMS

  • Create interactive graphics using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft, Visio, and Ixiasoft DITA CMS

  • Take over tasks in video production

You can learn about tools, standards and processes of documentation development and other user assistant deliverables at SAP and at the same time you get to know SAPs UA tools.


  • Currently enrolled Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing or Computer Sciences

  • Computer skills: Knowledge about DITA or Ixiasoft would be a big advantage; Microsoft PowerPoint, TechSmith Camtasia, or HTML5 knowledge would be an advantage

  • Language skills: Oral and written communication skills in English and preferably also German

  • Soft skills: Team player to work also in an international team

  • Others: Rapid acquisition and comprehension of new technical concepts.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
