The mission of the Industry Business Unit Consumer Products is to drive SAP´s success by managing the software, services, and technology portfolio for the Consumer Products industry.

As a working student, you will get the great opportunity to get an overview on SAP software portfolio, work in an international environment and contribute to our global solution portfolio content development process for 2019. You will get detailed insights, how to manage and optimize global sales content projects. In addition, you will contribute to our international sales collaboration tool and to the global Consumer Products newsletter.

Note: The starting date can be changed depending on your availability. If you would like to start earlier or later please let us know. Your weekly working hours can be adapted to your presence time at university.


You will support data collection and governance of SAP solutions. Your tasks in this context may include:

  • Project management support: support of our teams in providing their content.

  • Participation in all international project meetings (via web sessions) and responsibility for project milestones (i.e. content creation deadlines), KPI reports and content quality reviews.

  • Solution portfolio update: data maintenance and validation in the central repository for SAP solutions and MS Excel

  • International collaboration with the global solution management,

  • mainly located in US and Germany

  • Several other supporting tasks in scope of the content update process



  • Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Arts, Social Science, Law or Business Administration (a strong focus will be on Knowledge Management and not on software development, so programming know how is not a prerequisite)

  • Computer skills: MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Language skills: English (advanced – fluent), German (advanced – fluent)

  • Soft skills: analytical mind, motivation, detail oriented, communicative
