SAP Logistics Services is a key organizational area of SAP’s Integrated Quality & Services unit that drives innovation and high quality in the cloud. Our professional service unit is responsible for planning, execution and control of the supply of key materials and services to internal and external customers along SAP’s strategic directions. We manage a service portfolio that is comprised of essential logistical functions such as digital printing and transportation services, restricted shipment governance, warehouse management and postal deliveries as well as order coordination and international customs services. With our focus on optimized delivery processes, we guarantee the worldwide shipment of software & physical goods in compliance with SAP’s global and foreign trade regulations by applying efficient operations processes.

Being an integral part of SAP’s Global Business Operations board area, our mission also covers the ongoing strive to support the world-class customer and employee experience for a best-run SAP.

To strengthen the SAP mailroom, managed by the SAP Logistics Services division, we are looking for a working student (m/f) who can support the various logistical tasks - from daily mail distribution to support in finding addresses and logistical support in our modern mailroom.

We are looking for a flexible and reliable student who is interested in working in a professional logistics team and is physically capable of handling the various logistical tasks.


  • Mail distribution and collection in the buildings

  • Address determination with the help of systems (assign letters to the correct recipient)

  • Collaboration in various logistical tasks in the central SAP mailroom


  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences

  • Language skills: Excellent German skills are mandatory

  • Soft skills: Team oriented working style, reliable and trustful

  • Physical condition for distribution of internal mail items

  • Preferred working hours: 8:30-12:00h. Afternoon working hours can be arranged individually.
