PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Resource Management (GRM) is focused on delivering expert resource management services with the aim of helping our business in utilization. This Team provides regional and global transparency on demand and supply and helps services partners to run better.
Global Resource Management provides support to the consulting area by selecting and onboarding of qualified consultants. The day-to-day business consists of staffing for new and ongoing programs, for Quotation/Bid Management and Sales Opportunities. The GRM team interacts with Consulting and License Sales to ensure the best support from the beginning to end (from quotation to closure of contract). We assist our business with a proactive approach to optimize their resource requests to increase staffing opportunities. Further tasks comprise of preparation of the monthly forecast.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We offer Students a diversified working environment and interesting tasks by supporting project staffing, plus the opportunity to build a fantastic network within SAP. Our goal is to create a better understanding of and transparency on consulting-, sales- and project business. After a certain period of training the student will take responsibility of special topics and work independently on operational tasks. We are looking for support with planning and resource staffing including:
Supporting Global Resource Management projects
Planning and supporting staffing calls
Evaluating & monitoring utilization capacity
Preparing reports for management meetings
Defining capacity shortage
Development of proper measures
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) of a university or equal level studies
Fluent German and very good English language skills required (oral and written)
Good, effective communication and organizational skills
Intercultural awareness as we are an international team
Ability to work with a virtual organization
Profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
Good analytical skills, team spirit and flexibility
Independent and self-organized, willingness to learn and highly motivated
Business administration knowledge / business process knowledge is nice to have
