As part of SAP’s IT unit the “IT Strategy” team is responsible to continuously advance the organizations’ strategic direction based on the needs and ambitions of the company ensuring digitization & emerging technology opportunities will be addressed. This includes assuring the execution of the strategy through cascading it into the objectives of the IT units. Furthermore, the team drives & supports strategic initiatives and organizational development projects for the CIO by providing consulting, analysis, concepts and synthesizing market research. As it is our ambition to bring Business & IT together to jointly develop mid- and long-term roadmaps and to identify innovation potentials we are establishing strategic business engagement formats.


  • You support the transformation of SAP’s IT organization with more than 3000 employees

  • You support the IT Strategy Team and colleagues from other departments in the fields of project management, data analysis and strategy communication

  • You support the preparation and facilitation of meetings and thereby gain insights into the operations of one of the world’s leading IT organizations

  • You support the information collection, information storage & distribution via digital platforms and communication activities in the context of IT Strategy


  • Currently enrolled Student at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics / Informatics / Business Administration

  • Computer skills: MS Office, MS Sharepoint, preferably SAP Jam

  • Language skills: English and German

  • Project Management experience

  • Soft skills: Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable

  • Others: Knowledge about latest trends in Information Technology and first experience with strategy development are a plus
