PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a working student you will join the German Labor Relations Team within HR Germany. In our work, we oversee the processes with regards to the Works Council in Germany and support the business at SAP.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a working student you will support our team by overseeing the administrative field of our daily work.
This includes the care of Works Council documents, where you are responsible and the first contact for the internal database, deliver regular reports and establish information to our HR and legal team, when needed.
Additionally, you are responsible for the overall process of the Works Council Agreements. It involves the consultation of our labor law counsels and other business entities, circulating them to the Works Council and uploading them on the SAP portal pages.
As a plus, we also manage several projects regarding our processes, including our templates and communication within our community. This means that you independently review ideas, seek feedback and establish the needed set-up.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student with affinity to HR or labor relations topics is a plus but not necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Ability to effectively work on your own initiative, commitment and enjoy working independently
Ability to work on multiple and complex tasks
Strong analytical skills, proactivity and result-orientation
Good communication skills (ability to interact with employees of all levels)
Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and team-oriented
First experience in the area of HR/Administration and/or IT (internship or working student employment) is desirable.

already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs.
