SAP´s Global Procurement Organization is looking for an encouraged working student to support the Analytics and Reporting team within the procurement organization 20hrs/week (40hrs fulltime during semester break possible).

We are dealing with all analytical and reporting topics in Global Procurement, from strategic to an operational level.

We are covering the following business areas related to the procurement supply chain.

  • Spend transparency as basis for decision taking

  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting for different management levels and different needs

  • Supplier Management analytics and support

  • Category support with spend analytics

  • Reporting strategy development and implementation

  • Tool development in collaboration with other SAP units

  • Substitute GPO-Office (general administration for GPO Team/Manager)


  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences

  • Languages: Excellent German skills written and spoken; Fluency in English

  • Flexibility regarding working days and working hours (aligned with team)

  • Ability & willingness to learn and work in an international environment

  • Analytical thinking, high quality awareness

  • Team spirit
