PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative Learning Technologies like the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape. We build state-of-the-art training content to enable IT professionals, developers, end-users, entrepreneurs and decisions makers. Furthermore, the Learning Experience & Design team is driving towards a user-centric digital, lifelong learning experiences for SAP customers, partners and users. This requires the need to

  • design and prototype innovative learning

  • research and drive the implementation of new trends and innovations in learning

  • improve existing learning experiences

With these programs we want to inspire the SAP customers to innovate and to set them up for a successful digital future.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a person who can drive the communication around all the innovative projects and activities of the Learning Experience and Design team. This entails outlining the best communication strategy to leverage internal and external communication channels such as various social media channels, blogging, podcasts, videos, virtual presentations, ...

You will be responsible to identify topics relevant for communication activities and work with topic owners to draft and publish the relevant content both internally and externally. You will also create dynamic written, graphics, and video content targeted to each channel’s audience.

You will also be able to deep dive into specific innovative learning activities by also supporting the roll out activities of these innovative topics by supporting testing activities and quality reviews which help ensure our offering remain the best in class.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, Social Media or a related field

  • Computer skills: office applications,

  • Language skills: English (fluent), German is an asset

  • Soft skills: teamwork, quality focus, attention to details, results driven
