PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Business Operations (GBO), headed by the COO and Executive Board member, Christian Klein, is responsible for managing the digital transformation at SAP. The focus of GBO is on business process simplification, product and services quality, portfolio strategy, and value achievement through digital innovation adoption to the best of our employees and customers.
Under GBO, the IT Business Services division focuses on delivering the necessary solutions, technologies and innovations to create business value, enable new business models and drive our #Run Simple transformation all based on rock-solid operations.
As part of IT Business Services, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team helps defining SAP’s future Identity and Access Management strategy that enables SAP employees (and partners) to access the right resources (SAP Applications) at the right time for the right reasons.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The requirement is to become an IAM Team member understanding, implementing and supporting the entire IAM Product and Service Portfolio. You must be able to evaluate different technologies, understand market trends and being able to facilitate discussions across various teams (build, run, business, Solution Architects, Development etc.). Specifically, we are looking for someone able and willing to further develop our IAM Processes and Products in a highly agile environment.
You will be working in the Identity and Access Management team, reporting directly to the Head of IAM.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Good Knowledge on MSSQL Server / SQL in general
Knowledge on SAP Identity Management (IDM), ARM (Access Request Management) application as part of the GRC Access Control and or knowledge in SAP authorization concepts is a plus
Good analytical, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Fluent in English and German is a must
Strong sense for IT-Security and Data Security topics
Basic Knowledge on SAP HANA, UI5
Basic SAP Application Knowledge in our core business systems (e.g. SAP-NetWeaver, ERP, CRM, Analytics, HCP and HANA)
Interpersonal skills: team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus,
High service and customer orientation
First relevant working experience in the above mention areas
Ability to engage in a complex matrix environment
Experience in working with intercultural groups, people and/or organizations
