PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The “Intelligent Enterprise CoE” within SAP IT Services is a small unit with the mission to enable IT to build intelligent solutions with user-centric purpose. To achieve that we bring machine learning and digital assistant technologies into all business processes.
In order to evaluate whether a certain business process or a single step within a process can be (semi-)automated with machine learning, large data sets have to be pre-processed and analyzed.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The thesis student is supposed to work on Machine learning topics with NLP in focus, specifically understanding of word embeddings, CNN and RNN. As part of the Intelligence Enterprise CoE, the student will pursue topics on application of domain specific word embedding and their applications.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Currently enrolled as Master Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Computer science / Deep learning / Machine learning /NLP
Python , Java and C
Basic English and German
Good communication and research skills
