PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Controlling Team for the Board Area Global Business Operations (GBO) supports its business in all controlling relevant topics such as:

  • Forecast and Budget Planning

  • Financial Reporting

  • Decision Support

  • Collaboration with other Teams in various projects

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Monitor most relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and financials on an on-going basis

  • Ensure excellent transparency and decision support for the entire P&L

  • Work out key messages from in-depth analysis and recommend action items to the management in order to achieve financial targets

  • Communicate extensively and proactively with key stakeholders including L1 and L2 management within GBO, Operations and HR

  • Act as a “Trusted Business Partner"

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with emphasis on Finance / Controlling

  • Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking

  • Self-managed and customer orientated working style

  • Excellent skills in SAP BW and other common analytics applications, as well as MS Office

  • Fluent in English and German (preferred)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Min. internship and first work experience of 2 years in Controlling is required
