EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Due to highly increasing growth in Germany, we are looking for an experienced CX Sales Executive for our General Business (GB) Unit (<500 Mio € Customer turnover). This person will need to have successful sales track record and solid business acumen to be part of a high performing sales team.
Scan market for potential customers
Increase sales and revenue with existing customers and achieve overall revenue goal
Focus on successful cooperation with major companies
Work in close collaboration with SAP Industry sales team to promote and help the deals closing
Identify new and creative ways to approach target industry
Arrange product demonstrations together with our solution engineers, negotiate and bid specifications to successfully win new business
You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
Drive Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns and market knowledge/intelligence together with Business Development to ensure quota achievement
Engage with prospect organizations to position SAP CX solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references
Work intensively with our partners
Sell on multiple levels up to C-level
Represent SAP CX on events, congresses, etc.
Continuous exceptional sales excellence
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
Profound and proven expertise in at least one of the five clouds
Profound experience in successful cooperation with General Business (GB) companies
Extensive experience in successfully advancing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Fluent both in German and English (written & spoken)
Credibility internally, with partners and with customers
5 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
A track record of success in selling software in the area of “CRM”, direct and indirect sales
Experience in selling to CXOs
Proven track record in target achievement
