Purpose and Objectives

SAP Analytics Cloud is a powerful analytics tool that helps businesses of all sizes do more with data. By transforming static data into actionable insights, we help businesses make better fact-based decisions, uncover hidden trends, and improve business performance quickly. The Digital Customer Success team drives adoption for SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling users to be successful in the product through digital content.

The Digital solution training manager will work closely with product experts, customer success managers, product marketing managers and product managers.

This role will be responsible for designing and executing the SAP Analytics Cloud webinar / digital curriculum. Excellent writing, editing, communications, presentation, teaching, human relations and interpersonal skills are required.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Design and develop training programs, responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud online webinars and courses and user groups

  • Plan, manage, coordinate and execute webinar programs and initiatives

  • Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for conducting webinars

  • Create, maintain and execute a webinar schedule

  • Work closely with the marketing organization to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars

  • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of the webinar program ( report to management) and implement improvements as needed

  • Work with other stakeholders (other speakers etc.) to make sure they are aware of the key talking points

  • Proactively identifies industry/persona education needs and potential new course options

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design

  • Gathers feedback from customers, technical support, and customer success managers to ensure training programs are developed that maximize customer satisfaction and customer needs

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience developing and managing digital training programs

  • Knowledge of webinar delivery tools (On24) a plus

  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in communicating complex technical ideas in plain language to users

  • Project management skills

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
