  • Review shopping carts

  • Inquire all shopping carts that are non-compliant and complete the required non-compliance forms

  • Track progress of non-compliance cases

  • Manage the signature process of various contract types in DocuSign

  • Send countersigned documents to vendors

  • Upload contracts into our Contract Management System

  • Upload contracts and related documents to appropriate folders in the share drive

  • Action quote requests for IT Infrastructure and related services

  • Receive quotes from vendors and review for accuracy before proving the quote response to the requestor

  • Track quote requests and request updates where delays are evident

  • Provide vendor updates on the progress of requests from quote to Purchase Order (PO)

  • Create new vendor records

  • Manage vendor details and updates

  • Keep preferred suppliers list up to date with the correct information, including rates and contact details

  • Upload vendor details in to Ariba for any RFIs/RFPs that are conducted

  • Follow up with vendors who have not responded to RFIs/RFPs

  • Be familiar with the process to raise Shopping Carts (SC) and POs

  • Assist other LoBs with locating information such as POs and SCs

  • Log helpdesk tickets for material number updates to IT products in the catalogue

  • Deal with any incoming procurement issues: e.g. catalogue issues/updating product catalogues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree

  • Must NOT have a previous or ongoing full-time work experience

  • Must be able to commit at least 6 months of internship duration

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 22 hours per week

  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident
