PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Hybris Marketing enables marketers to develop a deeper understanding of customers; to know what they have done, what they may do, and most importantly, what they are doing now. Gain real-time insights into the context of each customer, and leverage these insights to deliver highly individualized customer experiences across channels.
The Expert Services Marketing Practice is a dedicated team of Marketing Technology Experts. Enabling our clients & SAP Hybris partners to leverage SAP Hybris Marketing at its best.
As a member of this team you will guide our customers through the whole universe of B2C and B2B marketing with and beyond SAP Hybris technology. Furthermore you will identify market trends and customer needs to help the solution & product management with the product development. In addition you will share your experience with the internal as well as external marketing consulting community to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Applicants with general marketing experience and high technology affinity, but without SAP Hybris Marketing know-how are very welcome to apply.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree in computer science or business, comparable education or job experience
Open-minded, strong in communication
Excellent presentation skills
Must be used to working to standards and have a structured approach to work
Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with technical and business personnel
Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast-paced environment.
Very good English language skills (verbal & written)
Sound knowledge in all MS Office tools
Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
Ability to define value adding business scenarios based on technical concepts
Good knowledge of Marketing processes
Understanding of consumer and customer journeys and how they are influenced by diverse technologies
Experience with one or more solutions (SAP Hybris or Non-SAP Hybris)
Search Engine Marketing
Email Service Providers
Data Management Platforms
Demand or Supply Side Platforms
Messenger Service Provider
Familiar with Marketing Technology Operations that can face the challenges of the disrupting consumer driven market
Familiar with Marketing Technology transformational processes
Ability to communicate with C-Levels, especially with Marketing leaders
Experience with global customer facing technology solutions
Familiar with competitive & complementary MarTech solutions
Experience in working with marketing agencies
Familiar with SAP Hybris Marketing on functional level
Basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver
Basic knowledge of SAP HANA
- At least 2 years of experience in Consulting or equivalent experience in a marketing role
