PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Partner Business Manager (PBM) is a field-based employee that manages SAP Partner Ecosystem in Singapore, in order to grow SAP’s software license revenue and SME market penetration.

The expectation is to have knowhow on how to grow SAP Cloud and On-Premise indirect license revenue by Enabling Partners end to end, Driving Business Plans and Demand Generation in collaboration with Deal Execution with Partners.

The PBM is responsible for proactively developing the partner’s SAP business by driving sales (to net new Customers and to the Partner’s current Customer install base), demand generation and Partner capabilities with a strong focus on short and mid-term results.

The PBM is the central advisor to the Partner for SAP, owning the Partner relationship end to end for this segment, and responsible for coordinating all SAP interactions (with SAP sales, SAP solution teams, peers, etc.) in order to drive Partner investments and growth in SAP business.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

This role will make a significant impact within the PartnerOrganization to drive key SAP Partners in Singapore to succeed in both Cloud and On-premise SAP business as the domain expert, thought leader and evangelist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Growth:

  • Drive enablement planning and execution for the key SAP Partners

  • Construct and drive Partner Business Plan, with concise execution of demand generation activities (focused in net-new Client acquisition, build Partner pipeline with deal registration), specifically via digital marketing

  • Responsible for day-to-day execution of the approved enablement and solution adoption plan

  • Evangelist in front of Partner C-Level for Cloud and On-Premise business transformation and the resulting business impact for sales, presales, marketing and consulting

  • Track, measure and communicate the readiness and business impact of the delivered enablement

  • Take the leadership role and act as a trusted advisor on related GTM topics:

  • Define the GTM plan for SAP and Partner, and drive execution

  • Develops and executes a pipeline development plan to meet partner’s pipeline multiplier goals, net new name goals, and revenue commitments; including setting goals for establishing customer references

  • Collaborates with SAP teams (Account Executive, Inside Sales Executive, General Business Sales Executives, etc.) acting as a strategic liaison between the partner and SAP to ensure effective communications

  • provide Partner with sales support for Customer engagements

EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • High energy – enthusiast for SAP Cloud and On-premise solution, out of the box thinker that brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices

  • 3-7 years in a Management Consulting, Sales or/& Digital Marketing

  • Infectiously enthusiastic about linking business needs with workable solutions, with the ability to deliver value proposition based presentations with passion

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills going beyond classical power point presentations

  • Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand generation, and enablement with Partners

  • Fluency in English

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science required from an accredited university.
