About the Role :

The HR Transformation Advisor (HRTA) shares best practices with Success Factor (SF) customers and the SF Customer Organization to drive customer adoption and revenue preservation. HRTAs must be HR Strategy and Transformation experts, have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors suite and its value proposition. HRTAs are tasked with engaging with customers and delivering actionable recommendations and tools to prepare, sustain, and expand their SF portfolio through the alignment of desired business outcomes.


  • Delivers the SAP-SF Customer Organization (engagement/adoption) value proposition to gain customer confidence and trust.

  • Develops and leads engagements focusing on driving customer adoption and enablement of HR Strategy and Transformation practices, SAP/SF products, and Partner ecosystem.

  • Delivers HR strategy, transformation, and SAP/SF Platform adoption recommendations focused on removing immediate adoption barriers and long-term sustainability.

  • Serves as an HR Strategy and Transformation subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader in the delivery of 1:1, 1: few and 1 to many adoption campaigns, whitepapers, blogs, user conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and other customer events to achieve customer adoption targets.

  • Leveraged as a key influencer by our Customer Engagement Executives to gain access to executive stakeholders by aligning SAP/SF products with their HR strategy and desired business outcomes.

  • Leveraged as a key influencer by our Customer Engagement Executive’s to accelerate customer relationship and commercial opportunities.

  • Leveraged as a key influencer by our Customer Engagement Executive’s to mitigate customer relationship, strategy, transformation, SAP SF Product, and commercial risks.

  • Develops and shares HR Strategy and Transformation best practices to support internal enablement of the SuccessFactors Customer Organization; develops related content as customer facing collateral.

  • Serves as a HR Strategy and transformation coach to Customer Engagement Executives, and leverages customer facing engagements as an opportunity to upskill the Customer Engagement Executive.

  • Collaborates cross functionally with pre-sales, sales, product management, professional services, customer support, partner services, and other areas of the organization related to HR strategy and transformation best practices and general knowledge sharings

  • Contributes to development of more effective, scalable methods of driving customer adoption and customer value.


  • 7-10 years of HR consulting experience / HR practitioner experience in the HR Technology SaaS Industry

  • Experience in delivering HR Strategy and Transformation Engagements/Projects, Design Thinking, Best Practices to include: Digital Transformation, HR Business Models Design, HR Operating Model, HR Service Delivery, HR Strategic Planning, Implementation Planning/Roadmap, Change Management, Governance, HR Program/Processes, HR Support Model, HR Deployment Planning/Roadmap, HR Technology Planning, Value Realization

  • Experience with the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors products and partner ecosystem

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors products and their connection to HR strategy / business outcomes.; Ability to translate business problems to product strategy and execution.

  • Exceptional communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and facilitation.

  • Ability to influence customer stakeholders at varying organizational levels and with conflicting agendas

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills

  • Self-motivated, goal oriented with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams.

Physical and Environmental requirements:

  • Standard office/home office environment.

  • Local/Global travel is a requirement for this position.

  • Estimated travel is around 50% with travel schedules fluctuating throughout the year.
