This is a key position in the South-East Asia Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, reporting to the Head of Solutions COE for SEA. Responsible for driving S/4HANA and digital core solutions across the region, the role supports long-term objective of revenue, market share and product usage with respect to SAP’s new strategy. The role requires a conceptual thinker who can formulate and execute a plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Primary responsibilities include: Demand Management, Strategic Deal support, Sales Enablement and Marketing & Partner alignment.
Be a domain expert for S/4HANA and the simplifications that go alongside as part of SAP’s new strategy for the Intelligent Enterprise. Be a go-to-person for field colleagues looking for all support and advice
Create and execute Sales Plays/Demand Management programs. Effective concepts and programs for pipeline generation and acceleration
Collaborate with internal expert teams to quickly take advantage of global best practices as well as collaborate and build relationships with the SAP Sales teams in the region
Drive a consistent process for demand management of R4Q/F4Q sales pipeline for S/4HANA and Digital core solutions, led by example to support/drive large customer engagements bringing tangible results, ensure customer success / adoptions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s Degree MBA or Master’s Degree. 10 - 15 years of Software Industry Experience. Intimate knowledge of the SAP ERP space, including SAP and Competitive solutions; Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP database and data management solutions are a plus;
Proven track record of success (sales, business development, pre-sales or consulting) in the selected solution area
Ability to quickly understand new technologies and translate to market potential
Understanding of SAP Ecosystem (SAP Internal, Partner, Customer)
Strong Customer & Sales orientation. Team worker & networker, strong communicator
Excellent analytical, conceptual and methodological skills and knowledge
A consensus-builder and capable of utilizing his/her strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with SAP stakeholders and customers
Ability to work in a multinational environment and at the same time has prior SEA or APJ geography experience, respects and harness cultural diversity to drive sales across various countries within SEA.
