Team: Global Functional Area NetWeaver Core

Job Title: Support Associate for Incident Solving Analytics

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Run various reporting from internal systems for customer support related data, and perform first level analysis

  • Solve customer issues in certain areas according to the given procedures

  • Monitor customer incidents and real time expert chat requests, identify critical issues and trigger internal stakeholders to take appropriate action

  • Report to Global Functional Manager and Support Team Managers in Product Support NW Core GFM Area the status and progress of business operations

Requirements:

  • Foreign language: Good English reading and writing skills, good listening and speaking skills are preferred

  • MS Office skills: Good Excel skills with VBA skills preferred

  • Location: Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong, Shanghai (上海市浦东新区哈雷路金科路2889弄长泰广场D栋SAP公司)

  • Working time: 8:00-17:00

  • Working for 5 days a week is preferred, minimum 3 working days per week

  • Other skills & competencies: open minded, multiple tasking, team player, self-motivated and result driven
