PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Real Estate & Facilities Organization (“GRF”) helps SAP run better and is a key enabler for employee efficiency, innovation capability, employer attractiveness and ultimately SAP’s brand value. As a truly global organization, we are responsible for almost 200 locations in more than 70 countries worldwide, managing a real-estate portfolio of more than 1.7 million square meters in office space. In addition, GRF is responsible for operating the SAP Data Centers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Vocational Training or bachelor degree in the area of Facility Management or comparable and / or adequate experience

  • Knowledge of various aspects of Real Estate and Facility Management and experience with office lease contracts and their structure in general is a benefit

  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively and virtually with international teams

  • Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality and demonstrated ability to define and assess problems and implement solutions

  • Ability to embrace and envision change, make decisions, and drive activity to deliver results

  • English and Spanish fluent (oral & written) – other additional languages are a benefit

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially for Microsoft Excel is a must

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Act as a team lead for the GRF Data Management team.

  • Support global projects and/or work streams as well as the Latin GRF Head to ensure that project deliverables are met.

  • Maintain master data on a global level in various tools and provide planned as well as ad-hoc reporting

  • Serves as point of contact on a global level for all GRF colleagues in own area of responsibility

  • Participates in global work groups to ensure knowledge sharing across regions and relevant functions.

  • Prepare internal communication material and ensure communication is done in own area of responsibility.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 years of functional experience relevant to Facility or Real Estate Management and / or adequate experience

  • This is an entry position for candidates with minimum one year of experience.
