General Description

Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

EMEA Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee and manager requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). HR services are delivered onsite for Israel. Local HR Services Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR.

Job Description

  • Responsible for operational side of HR activities

  • Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements

  • On-boarding of new hires and related administration

  • Administration of contractual changes

  • Involvement in exit procedure

  • Benefits administration

  • Administration during restructurings

  • Standard reporting and ad hoc requests, including different analyses

  • Support process alignment and HR shared service migration activities

  • Promotion of HR Shared Service Centre concept and support of local HR communication

  • HR Portal pages maintenance and input for HRdirect knowledgebase ‎

  • Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters ‎

  • Partner with other HR Service Specialists in EMEA, HR Business Partner and HR Center of Excellence for problem solving and service improvements

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of work experience in similar role in HR preferred

  • Student for a relevant Human Resource field; MA degree student- a significant advantage. ‎

  • Minimum of 4 working days per week (80% employment) – Strong advantage for 100%‎

  • Customer service experience- Mandatory

  • Knowledge of Israel employment law/ legislation - Mandatory

  • Professional communication skills; both written and verbal, Hebrew & English – Mandatory

  • Good knowledge of HR processes - Mandatory

  • Highly customer oriented

  • Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Work well on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and motivated

  • Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures

  • Flexible / adaptable

  • Accuracy / high attention to detail

  • Ability to plan and organize work well

  • Ability to work with confidential information

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience working in multinational company - Strong advantage

  • Project Management Experience

  • SAP HR system knowledge – Advantage

  • Experience in working in a virtual team- Advantage
