The HR PMO will work closely with EMEA South's Head of HR, overseeing and leading a variety of HR projects, performing data management and analysis,
Assist EMEA South's Head of HR in planning, directing and implementing a variety of global HR projects.
Constant tracking and monitoring of project progress.
Supporting the HR Business Partners to ensure delivery of key project milestones.
Conducting research on current HR trends.
Reporting and data analysis activities for EMEA South's Head of HR.
Produce various reports, tailored to different audiences.
Work with vendors and collaborate with different departments.
Part-time availability (50% position)
MA degree in related field – Must
4 years of experience in one of the following areas: HRBP, HR PMO, C&B - Must
Proven project management skills (leading projects that involve senior management) – Must
Experience working for a multinational company - Must
Ability to work with diverse teams as part of a global environment.
Experience with business analysis - Must
Excellent familiarity with standard desktop applications, especially with: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, etc.
Time management – being able to effectively as well as efficiently handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Communication – strong communication skills verbal, through email and other channels.
Strong attention to detail.
A true team player.
Fast and self-learning.
Excellent service orientation.
Creativity and agile mindset.
Fluent English- verbal and written – Must
