Global commerce today requires much more than scanning or faxing key documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and payment remittance. For better commerce, you must establish realtime electronic collaboration with your entire supply base on a global level, so you can dramatically compress the invoice and payment processing cycle, comply with contracts and regulations, achieve working capital breakthroughs that lower supply chain risk, and more. But few organizations can effectively target and onboard thousands of global suppliers. Ariba has this expertise, with outsource-service capabilities and self-service tools to automate the enablement process for any supplier anywhere in the world. We can help you match your vendors to existing Ariba Network suppliers and onboard new suppliers, or provide tools for you to manage the process on your own.

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Seller Integrator (SI) is in charge of connecting sellers to buyer customers, through the Ariba Network. The connection aims to automate some relationships between buyer and sellers, in particular around SupplyChain related processes (such as subcontracting, consignment, inventory management, forecasting...).

  • SI manages the integrations of those sellers, through electronic data exchange technologies (cXML, EDI, CSV, etc.) and the latest SAP Ariba technologies.

  • This role supports Sellers & Buyers through the development, end-to-end testing of their integration solution with Ariba Network, real time troubleshooting if necessary.

  • SI demonstrates the ability to support multiple projects, provide technical support, escalate issues faced during the integration projects.

  • SI engages with customers, internal teams, and sellers, to define specifications, develop customer specific guidelines and prepare a time bound project plan.

  • SI is responsible to ensure project governance, project coordination, project follow up, client training and client troubleshooting sessions.

  • SI communicates with clients using mainly remote means (Skype, email) hence the need for active listening and excellent verbal communication skill

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business and/or Information Technology)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience on System integration related position (e.g. e-Business consultant, E-commerce specialist, EDI Project Manager, etc)

  • Basic project management experience

  • Experience or exposure to SupplyChain processes, or even integration of such processes between partners is a plus.

  • Experience in working with individuals from diverse cultures preferred

  • Experience with B2B, or SAP ERP would be a plus.

  • Fluency in English; fluency in German language would be a plus
