The Global Business Services at Human Resources is an organization with 800 employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We, in Recruiting Operations team, are looking for a new colleague to support EMEA pre-employment screening process. In this role you will be responsible for liaising with our external vendor, candidates and hiring managers in order to evaluate the outcome of the pre-employment check and to resolve possible discrepancies. You will have a chance to work with people all around the world as you will be part of a global team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Initiating of pre-employment checks

  • Reviewing results of pre-employment checks

  • Resolving any discrepancies in education, employment and criminal checks

  • Regular interface with legal, hiring managers and HR to resolve critical findings

  • Regular calls with our external vendor and colleagues from Philippines

  • On one side, you should be fine with performing the transactional and routine tasks, on the other side you will be given the opportunity to gain the knowledge of a newly established process and work on improvements

  • To process e-mail enquires according to process within specified time frames

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience/ knowledge/interest in the area of pre-employment verification process

  • Previous experience in other HR administration is beneficial

  • Previous working experience in an office preferably of an international company is an advantage

  • Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Upper-intermediate written and spoken English language skill

  • Capability to work with confidential information

  • Accuracy / attention to detail

  • Effectivity to work in virtual team

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and escalate via written or verbal methods with candidates and senior managers

  • Motivated, works in an independent way

  • Quality and result driven

  • Business writing skills

  • Effective analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
