The Global HR Talent Delivery team is an important part of SAP’s Global Human Resources organisation and is responsible for delivering and facilitating best in class talent programs at SAP. The team runs strategic and value-adding programs for over 86,000 employees including SAP’s Global Onboarding Program, Fellowship Program, Vocational Training Program, Women’s Professional Growth Series, Career Development Programs and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic global organization and support the delivery of a best in class service experience for our Global professional and Executive onboarding programs. Additional responsibilities will include the support of global/regional projects. The successful candidate will have the creative freedom to innovate and design content that will reach global and executive audiences.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Deliver training and learning experiences to newly hired employees, Managers that enable them to excel

  • Work on integration projects for newly acquired companies to ensure a successful onboarding experience

  • Participate in strategic HR projects as required

  • Drive Continuous Improvement activities & proactively offer solutions and recommendations

  • Reporting and continuous measurement of impact

  • End-to-end process management

  • Relationship management with stakeholders

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proven ability to engage participants in a virtual environment & facilitate/deliver enablement sessions • Experience with instructional design an advantage

  • Aptitude for Continuous improvement

  • Excellent communications skills - fluency in English required

  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively with a strong focus on execution

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report, analyze and interpret data & initiate corrective action • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • High degree of IT literacy, in particular with Microsoft Office

  • Project and Process Management experience

  • Strong organizational skills required with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with a strong focus on execution

  • Must be agile and flexible to work across different topics where required
