The Global Business Services at Human Resources is an organization with 800 employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.

The External Workforce Center (EWFC) was established to support managers in the positive and compliant engagement of the external workforce population within SAP. This includes implementing and administering guidelines, policies, and processes for managers which help them engage with external workers in their daily operations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
EWFC Associate Consultants are responsible for fielding phone calls, on-line tickets, and emails from managers, third party vendors, and other SAP colleagues regarding all external worker-related questions.
The Assoc. Consultant will utilize resources available to them to provide timely and accurate answers to inquiries.
Provides consultation to managers to better educate them on the compliant engagement of external workers such as ensuring compliance in data as well as providing guidance on the policies and guidelines around external workers at SAP.
Manage external workforce data & provide reporting guidance and tools for better external workforce transparency and metrics
EWFC Assoc. Consultants are responsible for meeting the established service level agreements while focusing on delivering quality customer service to our end users, responsible for administering process work and project support as assigned.
Because the position will involve handling confidential data it will be required that the Assoc. Consultant follow guidelines and policies in managing confidential data.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Customer Service Skills
Teamwork and Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills is a plus
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Perfect MS Office knowledge is a must.
Experience of working on HR – related projects an advantage
Proven ability to engage participants in a virtual environment & facilitate/deliver enablement sessions
Aptitude for Continuous Improvement
Ability to take initiative and work proactively with a strong focus on execution
Knowledge of HR – related system and tools an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report, analyze and interpret data & initiate corrective action
Reporting and continuous measurement of impact
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Participate in strategic HR projects as required
End to end process management
0 < 3 years HR or customer experience
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, Master’s student is a plus
