Business Processes Senior Consultant (SAP Ariba)

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

  • Partner management for Ariba Network Service / Solution delivery, i.e.;

  • Seller Onboarding

  • Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Invoice Conversion Services

  • Integration Services

  • Alignment with SAP Change Management and SAP Global Learning & Development Teams within the SAP Operational Certification Process

  • Ongoing assessment and management identification of new implementation partners in alignment with the CVO Leadership Team

  • Ensuring Effective SAP Ariba Tool Access Levels and Training (Ariba Network, Service Provider, N360, etc.) with Partners while complying with security and legal data protection regulations

  • Driving future feature release enhancements, improve productivity and allow for additional partner scale

  • Coordination with commercial integration team to understand prospect buyer customer demands and map to Partner Certification needs

  • Collaborate and Support Sales/Pre-Sales Activities

  • Detailed planning of process implementation across all related requirements

  • Relationship Management - Continuous level of engagement is maintained between you and the Partner

  • Developing & Supporting Partners; ensure alignment with corporate metrics and NPS scores

  • Sustain the partner certification processing metrics

Core Tasks may include

  • Manage contracts with partners

  • Research new partner services/solutions

  • Budget Partner Cost

  • Support or maintain partner relationships

  • Provides on-going support with partners

  • Implements processes across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)

  • Lead resolution of implementation issues

  • Supports go live of SE deployment projects (I.e.…Catalog, SCC, Integration, etc.)

  • Assessment of partner needs

Experience & Language Requirements

Functional Experience

  • Verbal and written communication in English Language

  • Previously held role within in Supplier Enablement - Preferred but not necessary

  • Previous experience with supporting or selling a technical or service delivery product

  • Exposure to Project Management or Training

  • Experience meeting expected deadlines

  • Proven ability to manage and adhere to customer timelines

  • Proven success in working under pressure

  • Proven ability to be responsive to customer’s requests, emails, etc.

  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)

  • Task Oriented Deployment

  • Relevant experience

Managerial Experience

  • Project Management Skills

  • Organizational and Time Management

  • Business Collaboration

English: Fluent

Education

University degree or equivalent work experience

Professional Training & Certification

  • Supplier Enablement Training - preferred but not necessary

  • PMP – Project Management - preferred but not necessary

  • Consulting Revenue in specific industry or topic area

  • Profitability as team target

  • Customer satisfaction or success

  • Monitor metrics and KPI’s

  • Travel - 25%
