ABOUT SAP LOCAL HR SERVICES

Local HR Services provide services and consultancy where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Based in Paris Office Tour SAP (Levallois-Perret);

  • Support in daily operations such as administration of contractual changes, provision and verification of HR statements and employment letters including filing and scanning;

  • Overtime the apprentice can gain more insight into several kinds of 2nd level support HR inquiries from employees and managers.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Highly customer oriented

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Be autonomous

  • Being able to adapt to new situations and environments is important for professional success

  • Good communications skills in French and English (oral and written)

  • Agility in IT tools (Pack Office, Outlook, etc.)

  • Knowledge in French labor law is a plus

  • Ability to work with confidential information

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

First experience in a Human Resources services in an international environment is a plus
