UX Writer for SAPʼs Digital Assistant- We are looking for a uniquely creative individual to help us evolve and enrich CoPilot, our digital personal assistant. The ideal candidate is someone who loves language, wordplay, and has the solid, practical writing experience needed to craft helpful, engaging, and witty dialog.

Purpose and Objectives

  • Develop and write original dialog to support new CoPilot capabilities.

  • Refresh and refine existing CoPilot dialog.

  • Help the CoPilot team evolve CoPilot as a distinct, recognizable character, while ensuring the consistency and quality of CoPilot dialog from all sources.

  • Work closely with UX designers and Researchers in formulating utterances and specifying them and their parameters for engineering.

  • Develop a rapid editorial process and workflow for eliciting ideas (from internal, external, and user sources), creating, refining and testing dialog, soliciting internal reviews, getting dialog into production, and learning from user reaction to it.

Education and Qualifications

  • Four year college degree (Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or related field), A Master’s degree is a preferred.

  • Native English speaker.

  • High Command over the English Language.

  • Excellent overall writing skills; Strong knowledge of grammar and style.

  • Excellent technical language skills.

Work Experience

  • Two to five years of related experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in writing character driven dialog.

  • Demonstrated multi-disciplinary teamwork skills.

  • Experience working with software engineering teams, practices, and tools desired.

  • Experience with user-centered design is a must.

  • Familiar with enterprise contexts.
