Purpose & Objective of Position
The global SAP SuccessFactors Enablement team is focused on delivering an end to end enablement experience for onboarding, continuous enablement and SAP SF leadership for all internal and partner roles. This team accelerates individual performance through analytics and insights and provides a programmatic structure to ensure cross functional alignment on key strategic initiatives.
This internship opportunity is intended to be a six to twelve-month remote/virtual engagement that will focus on supporting the global SAP SuccessFactors Enablement team.
Expectations & Tasks
The student working in the global SAP SuccessFactors Enablement team will work independently on identified initiatives supporting our strategy. We expect professional working habits in cooperation with the global team and leadership. Explicit projects will include participation in strategic enablement programs, social media marketing, support of live and virtual workshops, graphic design and preparation of reports for senior leadership.
Your application should include an updated resume highlighting academic degrees, relevant work experience with former employer (including internships), and familiarity with software applications specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe products and Social Media/Graphic design examples.
Currently registered in an accredited Masters program (or 4 year Undergraduate program)
Intended duration: 6-12 months (not only a summer internship)
Availability: at least 20 hours/week during school year, 40 hours/week during academic breaks
At least one-year previous work experience in professional office environment
Experience with working on a global virtual team including virtual onboarding and managing virtual stakeholders
Software skills: MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint And Adobe products – Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver to demonstrate graphic design and HTML capabilities
Conversational familiarity with software industry norms and practices
Independent, flexible, adaptive and proactive work style
Language skills: excellent English mandatory
Soft skills: Written and verbal communication skills, intercultural communication familiarity
Flexibility to accommodate global time zones on occasion
Authorized to work in the United States
Social media marketing with a social selling presence
Strong graphics and design exposure
Professional work experience supporting a global organization
High Energy, outgoing people person

Excellent verbal and written skills
