WHAT YOU DO
Report to SAP’s Chief Design Officer as part of the SAP Design Leadership Team
Mentor and develop teams of designers, researchers, and strategists
Deliver a bold UX vision along with the plans to make it real
Elevate better UX across our products and company culture
Oversee large-scale design initiatives
Develop, implement, and manage product design strategies
Work with design teams to solve complex problems by generating ideas for future designs and inspiring creativity and innovation
Define the future of conversational UX, AR/VR, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies as they apply to our product landscape
Shape, understand and integrate the messaging around SAP design, the design strategy and everything that is needed to represent SAP design
Represent SAP Design leadership at conferences and industry events
Employ excellent communication skills to convey our design vision and strategy to diverse audiences
