ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and review of Federal, state and international tax returns, including 5471s / 8858s / 5472s
Preparation and review of foreign tax credit calculation, E&P analysis
Handle requests related to withholding tax topics, review monthly withholding tax on intercompany payments
Assist with transfer pricing documentation
Solid understanding of ASC 740 and U.S. federal taxation
Assist with acquisition related issues
Support special projects as needed
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related business field
3-5 years of tax provision/tax compliance in medium to large corporation and/or Public Accounting
CPA or MST preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, CCH and BNA research tools
Working knowledge of OneSource or other tax software
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Competent in finance and accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Good work and social ethic
