ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and review of Federal, state and international tax returns, including 5471s / 8858s / 5472s

  • Preparation and review of foreign tax credit calculation, E&P analysis

  • Handle requests related to withholding tax topics, review monthly withholding tax on intercompany payments

  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation

  • Solid understanding of ASC 740 and U.S. federal taxation

  • Assist with acquisition related issues

  • Support special projects as needed

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related business field

  • 3-5 years of tax provision/tax compliance in medium to large corporation and/or Public Accounting

  • CPA or MST preferred

  • Proficient in MS Excel, CCH and BNA research tools

  • Working knowledge of OneSource or other tax software

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Competent in finance and accounting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Good work and social ethic
