Purpose & Objective of Position
The Global Services Sales Operations and GTM team drives strategic projects, programs, internal communication and performance management reporting for the Services Sales organization. The team’s focus is designing and maintaining a globally-integrated Go-To-Market model across lines of Service for all regions.
This MBA internship opportunity is intended to be a six to twelve-month engagement that will focus on supporting Global GTM activities.
Expectations & Tasks
The MBA student working in the Services Sales Operations team will work independently on different topics supporting our GTM strategy. We expect professional working habits in cooperation with the global team and management. Explicit tasks will include project work on various services sales oriented topics, change management and transformation projects and presentations and reports preparation for senior management.
Your application should include an updated resume highlighting academic degrees, relevant work experience with former employer (including internships), and familiarity with common software applications including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
Currently registered in an accredited MBA program
Intended duration: 6-12 months (not only a summer internship)
Availability: at least 20 hours/week during school year, 40 hours/week during academic breaks
At least one-year previous work experience in professional office environment
Previous work experience and comfortable with working on a virtual team including virtual onboarding and managing virtual stakeholders
Software skills: MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Conversational familiarity with software industry norms and practices
Independent work style
Language skills: excellent English mandatory
Soft skills: Written and verbal communication skills, intercultural communication familiarity
Flexibility to accommodate global time zones on occasion
Authorized to work in the United States
