Responsibilities:

  • Global SAP CS Growth

  • Investment Plan and Execution

  • Resources allocation to maximize mid and long term performance (solution specialization –IB NNN – territory segmentation)

  • Solution and product packaging Liaison

  • Pipeline and Demand Generation Liaison

  • Productivity gains

Success measurement:

  • Commercial Sales Growth

  • Solutions Sales Growth

  • Cloud ERP revenue and Market share Growth

  • Volume and Value performance (number of deals per CSE and Large deal Growth)

Objective:

This role will be responsible for the management of growth initiatives for the Lower GB segment.

And “Growth” in Lower GB comprehends topics like acceleration of the acquisition of Net New Customers, Triple digit growth in Cloud sales, new ways to go to the lower GB market, expansion of the Commercial sales capacity to touch more and more prospects, among other initiatives.

The role will mix “evolution” and “revolution”. It will be important to evolve some initiatives that are already providing growth, but also discover “what is next” in order to find new sources of growth.
