Senior-level professionals who use in-depth knowledge of specialized functions to resolve business issues. The ability to interpret and adapt textbook concepts is critical. These positions make difficult and complex decisions which address key business issues and give consideration to the impact on other parts of the business. Problems of broad scope or high risk are escalated to managers as appropriate. Judgment and discretion must be exercised in interpreting and communicating technological, legal or specialized guidelines. May have significant project management responsibilities including project planning/direction, delegation and review, facilitation of teamwork, and/or budget management.

  • Proactively communicates with clients

  • Develop client business presentations and deliver them

  • Issue identification, resolution and problem solving

  • Recruiting Reporting & Metrics and provide updates to client groups

Experience & Language Requirements

10-15 years relevant professional experience
