PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Have one dedicated resource that will take ownership of monitoring the queue (which we have SLAs that we want to make sure we didn’t break) , and to schedule customer activities by coordinating between different teams to find the best slot for customer and internal teams and make sure it’s executed as scheduled.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

  • Coordinate and schedule activities for application deployment releases with customers and SAP teams

  • Queue monitoring and management to make sure no tickets remain unassigned or forgotten

  • Coordinating and creating change tickets for customer go-live activities and handovers

  • Screening and review of forms attached by customers in the tickets for deployments ahead of scheduled activities to ensure all required information is provided

  • Coordinate resources from various teams based on requirements

  • Maintain metrics and reports on success rates of activities

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

  • University degree in related field

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Language

  • Good verbal and written English
