EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Application specific solution consulting across all phases of an agile implementation project (i.e. implementation lead functions such as leading business process workshops, configuration, assist with test cases, test scheduling and execution, key-user training, go-live and post go-live support)

  • Involvement in escalated projects

  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews

  • Support sales activities

  • Act as team lead on specific projects

  • Industry / HR process implementation involvement across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)

  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools in projects

  • Lead internal initiatives and be an active contributor in practice community

  • Complete all administrative activities on-time

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 7 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM

  • Has experience with minimum of 5 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Candidates MUST be Professionally CERTIFIED in SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Hiring team would like to see experience in the following areas: EC Core

  • Experience in additional EC areas is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 100%

  • Exceptional understanding of HR and industry specific business processes

  • Must possess superior communication skills and be able to present to C-level Executives

  • Proven leadership experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience

  • English: Fluent
