Job Objective:

Reporting to the Audit & Capture Lead, the Audit Profile Administrator is an Audit Service expert whose role is to analyze Audit T&E requirements, translate these as compatible audit questions and configure in the customer’s audit profile.

The Audit Profile Administrator position requires strong logical thinking and analytical skills, as well as, outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on attention to detail. More importantly, the Audit Profile Administrator will actively participate in company-wide and departmental quality and administrative activities to be able to assist the Audit Service Consultant and Audit Operations Lead to develop and implement action plans and process changes resulting from profile change request trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced clerical duties requiring the use of independent judgment, analysis and expert knowledge of SAP Concur Audit policy, procedures and technology

  • Support incoming Audit change request inquiries by reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information and verifying understanding of information provided.

  • Formulates or reviews proposed changes and;

  • Validates that each change request has met all the appropriate requirements before submission.

  • Liaise with Audit Service Consultants to determine correct audit guidelines

  • Review available resources and use applicable tools to confirm correct Expense and Audit set-up

  • Take ownership and research with customers to fully diagnose issues, and then develop creative solutions

  • Strictly adheres to defined service level agreements

  • Plan and prioritize day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment

  • Show flexibility and aptitude to process a variety of detailed and time-sensitive information while managing multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrate initiative or be a self-starter, keeping up to date on product/system updates and changes

  • Tracks all issues and change requests and reports Profile Change summary when required.

Ad Hoc

  • Perform Audit Configuration Knowledge refresher trainings, to ensure that Audit Service Consultants are also up to date.

  • Drive service campaigns and special projects including but not limited to reporting, employee engagement, learning and growth

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as : Audit OPS, GACC, Quality, Training and Onboarding as well as Client Support, Implementations, Service Administration and Client

  • Success Management when necessary to determine available options to address client issues

  • Take ownership and research with customers to fully diagnose issues, and then develop creative solutions

  • Track activities using CRM

  • Update product and job knowledge by participating and contributing to internal discussions, brainstorming sessions, and trainings

  • Accomplish customer service and company mission by completing related results as needed


Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or at least 2 years of experience working as SAP Concur Auditor or Audit Service Consultant.

  • Knowledge of Configuration or Project Management disciplines (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional analytical and listening skills

  • Ability to understand, create/translate client requirements to logic statements.

  • Strong data entry and typing skills

  • Proficiency in operating computer applications (including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc)

  • Ability to operate well in a production team environment

  • Ability and flexibility to work extended hours

  • Ability to lead and influence new or lower level employees

  • Capacity to resolve conflict with minimal supervision
