JOB OVERVIEW

Provide financial and analytical leadership to the organization. Partner with senior leaders and provide support and recommendations through financial planning, reporting and analysis to meet corporate goals and objectives. Initiate analyses designed to improve operating performance and effectively and persuasively communicate analysis and recommendations to all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have a background in budgeting and a general understanding of accounting principles. Requires significant accuracy and attention to detail as well as creative problem-solving abilities. This is a Global role with a focus on EMEA/APAC. Reports to Senior Manager, Financial Analysis.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Partner with business leaders in the organization to meet corporate objectives

  • Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business

  • Assist with expense and revenue forecasting/budgeting process

  • Drive the planning, execution and measuring of corporate initiatives

  • Participate in month-end processes, including preparing journal entries and variance analysis

  • Assist team in managing group work-load and support team projects

  • Be aware of, understand the reasoning, and comply with all corporate policies

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting.

  • 2 years business experience in finance/accounting.

  • Software or related industry experience preferred.

  • Business analysis experience required.

  • Experience with financial reporting & budgeting preferred.

  • Strong presentation skills (oral, written, and numerical)

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills

  • Ability to retrieve and analyze information from various financial & operational systems

  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems

  • Ability to pass a background check.
