PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Local Channel needs to cover an administrative position to help PBMs with different administrative tasks.

Channel Organization helps partners to grow with SAP. Our partners resell SAP licenses based on the rules defined in Partner Edge.

All the information related with our partners is in our internal PRM system. Our Channel Admin should understand how the system works and interact with our partners and our internal teams (PE Program Manager, Cloud Deal Desks, Administration, Contrast, Marketing, etc.)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Merge partners in PRM System

  • Create new records

  • Transfer all information to the new one (resources, certifications, On Premise Contracts, Cloud agreements, MDFs, etc.)

  • Transfer PCoE

  • Terminate old records

  • Partner Support Messages review

  • Cloud Choice Profit procedure review

  • Monthly Partners Conditions Review

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Students of Business Administration (student status required)

  • Spanish native

  • Advanced English – Native preferred

  • Kind, supportive and outgoing personality

  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Customer oriented • Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Flexible / adaptable • Accuracy / high attention to detai

  • Ability to plan and organize work well
