SAP NS2 Senior Contract Manager – Herndon, VA 20171

Purpose of the Position:
Draft, negotiate and review multiple agreements on behalf of NS2 with our commercial, federal and state & local customers and resellers, and prime contractors. This is a cradle to grave contract management position for a professional (8 plus years’ experience). All responsibilities will be conducted with senior management oversight.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with field Sales Representatives and Consulting Services delivery teams to negotiate and draft customer contracts, specifically, software license agreements, professional services agreements, teaming and non-disclosure agreements and proposal responses as needed.
Drafting contracts, contract modifications, agreements, terms and conditions, correspondence and other contract related documents.
Must have experience in Federal Government Cost Accounting Standards contracts.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and its supplements
Experience with Federal Government contract types including: Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Award Fee, Level of Effort, Incentive Fee, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity and other miscellaneous contract types.
Provide cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract administration for contracts
Ability to apply Corporate legal and Company policies related to professional services contracts and Software Licenses and Software Maintenance Agreements to mitigate company risk specifically with regard to selling Software and Services to commercial entities as well as to public sector customers.
Ensures that all documents conform to Company policies and applicable government regulations.
Monitor contracts for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and initiate corrective action as required.
Research and interpret government regulations and apprise program management and other company personnel of contractual rights and obligations.
Must be capable of working independently while managing competing priorities and keeping management fully informed.
Excellent verbal and writing skills are required; a writing sample may be required of selected candidates
A four year degree in an applicable discipline is required, an MBA or law degree is preferable.Must have a U.S. Federal Government Security Clearance, Top Secret
Ability to travel within 150 mile radius of primary office location and other U.S. sites, occasionally.
