PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint meeting internal control and security requirements, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

  • Support in escalated projects

  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews

  • Support of pre-sales activities

  • Identification of opportunities to leverage software to correct audit significant deficiencies and material weaknesses or prevent risks from developing into weaknesses

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective project manager(s) or delivery executive(s)

  • Detailed planning of process implementation for Identity Management (IdM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) related processes including Identity and Access Management, Account Management, Access Controls, Business Process Controls, and Risk Management

  • Assist in the review of entity-wide and application-specific risk assessments and identify potential opportunities to leverage IdM and GRC to mitigate risks

  • Perform reviews of internal controls and security of systems including completion of customer Risk Management Frameworks (RMF) as required

  • Recommend improvements that add value to risk management, internal control, governance and technology processes

  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements

  • Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)

  • Develop and Assure quality of process models

  • Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional Experience

  • Minimum six years consulting experience in application or related functional areas

  • Experience in application security audit, design, user provisioning, knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive/privileged user access, and access controls.

  • Audit experience in a technology audit/risk assessment practice including at least one audit of SAP and at least one engagement performed under Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 18

  • Experience performing internal control reviews and risk assessments for a customer running SAP

  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes including experience with core business processes including: Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Payroll, and Financial Close business process scenarios

  • Familiarity with SAP IDM and/or GRC Access Controls implementations

  • Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project or task leader

  • Acts as a coach for colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent security certification

  • US Citizen and Top Secret Clearance Required

  • English: Fluent
