The Premium Engagement Pursuit Architect role is a critical function in supporting the PE organization achieve and exceed it in-year revenues by supporting the PE Services Sales organization in the sales cycle for renewals, upsells and acquisition of NNN (Net New Names).

In this function, you are responsible supporting the revenue growth objectives of PEUKI organization by developing compelling proposals for prospects and existing customers.

These proposals should cover the SAP portfolio and all elements of SAP PE Delivery across the entire project lifecycle, into Operational delivery and Continuous Business Improvement.

Engaging with customer ‘CxO’ level, Procurement, Business and IT Organizations identifying the customer needs, and in conjunction with the PE Sales organization presenting the identified solution, overcoming objection and closing the business.

These proposals must deliver clear outcomes and long-term value to our customers. They must also be realizable ie deliver achievable in-year revenue from PE services customers consume.

The Pursuit Architect may end up providing some ‘delivery’ in a Premium Engagement this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PE Services Sales Organization with the development, presentation and closing of PE Sales opportunities.

  • Develop Compelling proposals for PE with the customers Business and IT organizations

  • Presentations to Customer Senior Stakeholders on all aspects of SAP Premium Engagements

  • Provide Business Development support to existing PE team in existing Premium Engagements where needed

  • Develop, manage & highlight the value delivered by SAP Premium Engagement to the customer managing the customers’ expectations and any objections.

  • Organize & lead relevant level of governance aligned with out Premium Engagement methodologies including but not limited to areas such as stakeholder management, engagement value management, service planning, strategic goal development, customer satisfaction reporting etc.

  • Ensure an Innovation/Transformation/Digital agenda is at the center of all proposals and discussion with the customer.

  • For existing PE Customers ensure proposals and plans fit with the overall account team and any other SAP colleagues interacting with the customer to create seamless experience for the customer.

  • For NNN ensure proposals are developed in alignment with relevant GCO and Service Lines within SAP creating a seamless and compelling story for the customer.

  • Support the Premium Engagement MU Head by sharing pipeline details, updates on opportunities, close plans, the skills needed to deliver these engagement, feedback from customers meetings and more.

  • Adopt the ‘Franchise for Success’ methodology.

  • Support the management team by providing transparency in the engagement content, delivery and future development following processes & tools available.

  • Communicate fluently internally & externally being able to work from technical teams up to C-level contacts within IT & Business.
