EMEA North Regional Value Advisor – Innovations Team – Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences

This team is growing further and we are now seeking to hire a Regional Value Advisor who has detailed knowledge and knowhow of the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Industry Vertical. Within this role you will be responsible for providing industry thought leadership, strategic solution advisory, and expert consultation on value management to support customer co-innovation, enterprise transformation, and business process performance improvement programs.

Whilst partnering with our field sales teams you will identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute sales plays as well as provide input to what our customers’ needs are and ensuring our solution proposals meet those demands and drive industry credibility – You will be SAP’s trusted customer advisor within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences area and drive industry principles and values.

Externally, you will devise comprehensive strategies to engage partners in areas such as business development, packaged solution development and industry solution cross-selling by articulating value potential enabled by SAP solutions / technologies by industry and Line of Business area.

Experience requirements:

  • Professional experience in consulting, business development or sales (support) within large software/IT organization with a demonstrated expertise the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry

  • SAP Product experienceProven record of experience with:oIndustry / market analysis and in-depth company researchoDeveloping and driving disciplined account planning and engagementsoAdvanced knowledge of value selling methodologies, processes, and toolsoDeveloping value based roadmaps enabled by technology solutionsoExecutive communications – setting expectations, interviews, presenting findings & recommendations

  • Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
