PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Services helps customers to Run better with Application Management Services which give customers access to professional SLA based support for their productive solutions. Supportingour growing business we are enhancing capacities in our Global Customer Service Center & Process Office team for Application Management Services. We are looking for a team member who will support in establishing, integrating, enforcing, improving and standardizing internal ITSM procedures for a globally acting team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Project Management Office to support internal initiatives in Global Customer Service Center to improve quality, globalization and standardization in ITSM business area
Documenting, tracking and enforcing tasks in the subject of Process Management and Knowledge Management
Creating awareness of global standards as well as initiation and tracking of corrective actions in collaboration with topic owner to meet quality assurance and expectations
Supporting definition and roll out of standards, partly taking responsibility for selected work packages
Documenting of defined standards
Supporting and partly executing of internal user trainings (processes and tools)
Supporting in de-escalations of critical situations and in preventing of escalations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Confident in business discussions in German and English
Analytical thinking, recognition and understanding of coherencies and dependencies
Well-structured working and ability to prioritize tasks and topics
Excellent communication skills
Open, friendly and service-oriented behavior on the phone and via email
Project management skills
Profound knowledge in MS Office and open for working with tools related to modern office communication
Ideally successfully completed Bachelor
First work experience after graduation with Bachelor.
