- The Order Management Software Department in Buenos Aires supports the administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts, executing all the tasks related to the invoicing and technical access to the products and services included on those Contracts.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Checking incoming orders (contractual documents, correspondence, approvals)
Processing the order in the SAP system according to SOX and internal controls in place
Answer queries via ticketing system
Be dedicated point of contact for internal customers (Sales/Support/Commercial/Controlling/Revenue Recognition )
Develop financial and technical skills
Find creative ways to problem-solving
Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team
Provide support to Closing activities
Execute and coordinate Invoice delivery
Work experience in finance areas or similar is preferred
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Current Student of Business, Accounting and/or related studies
Advanced written and spoken English
Advanced written and spoken Italian
Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in international teams and environment
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Location: SAP Argentina Panamerican Building; Ingeniero White, Munro, Vicente Lopez
Duration: 6-12 months
