EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We offer positions in various areas, like: Technology (Basis), Human Capital Management, Financials & Banking, Business Intelligence, Supplier Relationship Management, Material Management, Sales and Distribution or HANA Enterprise Cloud.

  • Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System

  • Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service

  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development

  • Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base

  • Delivering remote consulting services to our customers

  • Involvement in product testing and validation

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Various positions are available for fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Higher educational degree obtained or close to closure

  • Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Customer and quality focus

  • Fast learner with IT affinity

  • Open and professional communication style

  • Spoken and written English language skills are required

  • Spoken and written German language skills are preferred

DESIRABLE

  • Knowledge in any SAP product

  • Experience in Support or Software Development or IT

  • Programming skills (Java, C , C#, other)
